A while back we photographed the Continental League Championships and the Colorado CHSAA State Spirit Championships for the teams that we photograph team portraits for. It’s a little extra touch that we do for our teams at times.
It’s State Time! The CHSSA State Spirit Championships that is. Tomorrow and Saturday all the Poms, Dance and Cheer Teams throughout the state will be competing in these championships….including this gorgeous team! This is the first year we have photographed the Castle View Team but they were dream.
Four years ago I photographed the first ever Legend Poms Team……nine girls on varsity at a new school. My, how they have grown in just four short years! Now a JV and a Varsity team and one of the bigger poms teams in the state. Coach Kelly and Coach Kenzie have been there since the start and now have added Coach Alex. These three woman have years and years and years of dance experience between the three. They are a force to be reckoned with!
It’s competition season! The Ponderosa Poms Varsity Team has already rocked it at their first competition, taking first in small varsity pom at the recent NDA regional competition. Way to go girls! All that hard work over the summer and this fall has already paid off. These girls will be competing again TODAY at the Continental League Championships at Arapahoe High School. Good Luck to both the Varsity and the JV as they compete today! I will be at the competition today, camera in hand, to add photos of all the teams we photograph to the team portrait galleries.
We photographed the lovely Douglas County Poms at gorgeous Daniel’s Park, just about in the DCHS back yard! This team is amazing! Only around for a few short years, these girls have shown their true colors by always being one of the first to volunteer for many worthy causes. They also embody the true spirit of of a team by always being together at those events. They show great enthusiasm and spunk in everything they do.
